Site spacific installation for a exhibition in the Bijlmer prison. Man in an awkward position holds it’s self standing as a pavement sign. With the hand below it measures the thickness of the materiaal it’s made off. Standing on a trestles table, Pinocchio as a soldier, becomes even more vulnerable, as exposed as an abstract attraction. Desert storm camouflage pattern.
Site spacific installatie voor deze expositie in de Bijlmer Bajes. Een kwetsbaar mens houdt zich zelf staande in de vorm van een stoepbord. Met de hand meet het de dikte van het materiaal waarvan het gemaakt is en daarmee de illusie van het bestaan.
Geexposeerd als een abstracte atractie op een schragen tafel maakt de Pinocchio nog kwetsbaarder. Het camouflagepatroon: Desert Storm.
In dezelfde expositie is het wandsculptuur ‘Emblemata Paradoxa’ te zien.
